Lost your HSC or School Certificate exam results certificate?
If you’re applying to a University or TAFE and you need a replacement copy of your exam results, simply print and complete the downloadable form on this page and post it, or bring it in person, to the Board of Studies.

What replacement certificates are available?
You can order a new copy of your:
- Higher School Certificate
- Tertiary Entrance Score (TES) / Tertiary Entrance Rank (TER)
- School Certificate
- Year 11 Record of Achievement
- Leaving Certificate
- Intermediate Certificate
