Consultation to date
The draft shape paper for Languages was released by ACARA for national consultation from 31 January to 7 April 2011.
The Board consulted with teachers and the public during term 1, 2011 through an online survey, meetings with teacher focus groups in metropolitan and regional NSW and two Languages reference groups. The Board’s online survey closed on 25 March 2011. Feedback received by the Board of Studies contributed to the NSW response to ACARA.
